KRONOS Terms of Service

1. What KRONOS is

KRONOS is a chat app that helps you look at prices, charts and your own portfolio, and prepares crypto actions (swaps, bridges, alerts, bots and similar) across XRPL, EVM and Solana. It is operated by Kronos Inc..

KRONOS is non-custodial. We never hold your crypto, your private keys or your seed phrase, and we never ask for them. You sign every transaction yourself in your own wallet (Xaman, MetaMask, Phantom or another wallet). We cannot move your funds, undo a transaction or recover a lost wallet.

2. Not financial advice

Everything KRONOS shows or says (prices, charts, AI answers, routes, signals, alerts, bot results) is information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. AI answers can be wrong or out of date. Check important facts and every transaction before you approve it. You make your own decisions. See also the Risk Disclosure.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws where you live to use crypto services. Do not use KRONOS if it is illegal for you, if you are on a sanctions list, or if you are using it for money laundering, fraud or other crime. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Your account and wallets

You sign in by proving you own a wallet (a signed text message, no fees, no keys). Keep your wallet and devices safe. Anything done from your signed-in session or your wallet is treated as done by you. You can delete your account at any time in Account; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

5. Exchange keys and bots

If you connect an exchange, you give us an API key. We only accept keys that cannot withdraw money, we store them encrypted, and we use them only for what you ask (reading balances and the trading actions and bots you set up). Bots follow the rules you set; they can lose money. Orders already placed on an exchange stay there if you pause a bot or delete your account. You are responsible for your exchange account and its settings.

6. Prepaid credits

AI answers and some tools use prepaid credits that you top up (for example with USDC). Credits are used up as you use the service at the prices shown in the app. Payments on a blockchain are final.

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused prepaid credit balances are not automatically refunded on account deletion or termination. Any refund requests must be made in writing to sportscoutube@gmail.com within 14 days of the top-up and are at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

7. KRONOS Pro and the KRONOS token

KRONOS Pro is a one-time, lifetime unlock of extra app features, priced at US$99. Once the unlock is open you pay the amount of KRONOS tokens worth US$99 at the moment of your quote (a price taken from market data, locked for a short time). You sign that transfer in your own wallet. The transfer is verified on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by us. If market data is not available, the unlock is simply not offered until it is.

The KRONOS token is a utility token used to unlock app features. It is not an investment, a security, a share or a deposit. We make no promise of profit, returns, yield, dividends, buy-backs or revenue share, and holding the token gives you no rights in KRONOS or its income. The token price can fall to zero. We do not control the token's market price or any exchange or pool that lists it. "Lifetime" means for as long as KRONOS is operated.

8. Ride Markets and other special features

Features that put money at risk (for example Ride Markets, a third-party service we connect to, plus swaps, bridges, DeFi positions, bots) are shown with their own warnings. Read them. You can lose all of the money you put in. Nothing is guaranteed.

9. Community and Telegram

The KRONOS community and bot run on Telegram (https://t.me/KRONOSCUBE). Admins will never ask for your seed phrase or send you first to ask for funds. Anyone who does is a scammer. Spam, raids of other communities, harassment and scams get you removed.

10. What you must not do

Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, try to get around limits or payment checks, use it to break the law, or upload content you have no right to share.

11. Third parties and availability

KRONOS depends on outside services (blockchains, wallets, exchanges, price and swap providers, AI providers, hosting). They can be slow, wrong or offline, and prices and quotes can change before you sign. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promise that it is error-free or always on. We may change, pause or stop features, including for safety.

12. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from market moves, wrong or late data, mistakes in transactions you approve, lost or stolen wallets or keys, outages of third parties, scams, or bugs. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or your legal rights as a consumer).

13. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
