KRONOS Risk Disclosure

Last updated 29 October 2026

Crypto is risky. Read this before you trade, bridge, use bots or buy the KRONOS token.

Draft notice. This page is a plain-language template and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

Short version

You can lose all the money you put in. KRONOS is not financial advice. You sign everything yourself, so you are responsible for every transaction. We never hold your keys or your funds and cannot reverse or refund a transaction.

Trading and market risk

Bots, rules and automation

Bots and rules do exactly what you set, even when the market moves against you. Test small first. A bot or rule can lose money, miss a fill, or act on bad data. Orders already on an exchange are not cancelled when you pause a bot or delete your account.

Exchange API keys

KRONOS only accepts trade-only exchange keys (no withdrawals) and stores them encrypted. If someone got your key they could still place trades on your account, for example sell your coins at a bad price, but not withdraw. Use a key with the smallest limits and an IP allowlist, and remove it when you stop using KRONOS.

Ride Markets

Ride Markets is a third-party service (ride.markets) that KRONOS connects to. You back an Up or Down call with a small USDC bond that you sign in your own wallet, and a fund run by Ride takes a larger position. If the call is wrong you can lose the bond. KRONOS does not run or guarantee the fund. Results depend on market prices from outside sources. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Service and third-party risk

KRONOS relies on blockchains, wallets, exchanges, price and swap providers and AI models that we do not control. Any of them can fail, change or be attacked. KRONOS can have bugs or go offline. See the Terms of Use for our limits of responsibility and the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
