KRONOS Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Kronos Inc. runs KRONOS and decides how your data is used. Contact: sportscoutube@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Wallet addresses you sign in with or link (XRPL, EVM, Solana), and the signed sign-in messages that prove you own them. Blockchains are public, so addresses and transactions are public anyway.
• Your chats with KRONOS (messages and the cards it shows), plus settings you choose (alerts, bots, watch lists, preferences).
• Usage and billing records: which features you used, prepaid credit balance and top-ups, Pro unlock status, transaction hashes of payments, and short technical logs for security and abuse prevention.
• Exchange API keys if you connect an exchange (stored encrypted; keys that can withdraw are refused), and the trades and balances needed for your portfolio and bots.
• Telegram: if you use our community bot, your Telegram user id, username and the messages the bot needs to moderate the group and run raids and the captcha.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.

We never collect private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords or exchange passwords. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Why we use it

To run the service you asked for (sign-in, chat, portfolio, alerts, bots, payments, Pro unlock), to keep it safe (fraud, abuse, replay protection, rate limits), to meet legal and accounting duties, and to improve KRONOS. Under EU rules our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and legal obligations.

4. Who else sees data (our service providers)

• Hosting and database: Vercel (app hosting) and Neon (database), in the EU region we selected.
• AI providers through OpenRouter: the text of your chat questions is sent to AI models to produce answers. Do not type secrets into the chat.
• Market and blockchain data: price, swap, bridge, portfolio and RPC providers (for example Jupiter, LI.FI, DexScreener, Zerion, Ride Markets and blockchain nodes) receive the wallet addresses, tokens or queries needed to answer you.
• Wallet connection: Xaman and WalletConnect / Reown handle the connection to your wallet.
• Exchanges: when you use a connected exchange, calls go from our servers (through one fixed server address, so you can allowlist it) to that exchange.
• Telegram for the community bot.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also share data if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Sign-in records and routing logs are removed after about 30 days; DeFi scans after about 35 days; bot logs after about 90 days; exchange audit logs after about one year. Your chats, settings and payment records stay until you delete your account. Anonymised accounting records (without your wallet addresses) may be kept for accounting and anti-fraud, and payment transaction hashes are kept so a payment can never be credited twice. Encrypted backups of the main tables (never including exchange keys) are kept privately for up to 14 days and then deleted automatically.

6. Your rights and deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in Account → Delete account. You confirm with a fresh wallet signature and by typing DELETE. We stop your bots, then erase your chats, linked wallets, exchange keys, settings and sign-in data. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited, and orders already placed on an exchange stay there. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or object to our use of your data and to complain to your data protection authority; contact sportscoutube@gmail.com.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use one secure sign-in session cookie and a few settings saved in your browser (for example theme, tour progress and cached views) so the app works. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Exchange keys are encrypted at rest. KRONOS has no access to your wallets' keys. No online service is perfectly secure; if there is a breach that affects you we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Children, transfers, changes

KRONOS is not for anyone under 18. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required we rely on legal safeguards. We will update this page when things change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Community: https://t.me/KRONOSCUBE.
